GEBA Trans’ customer-oriented approach resonates excellently with their customers, which makes company growth a constant factor. For an increasing number of customers, located in an increasing number of countries, GEBA Trans provides for tailored logistical solutions from their offices in Rotterdam and Venlo. This work requires international communication.

COLLABORATION

GEBA Trans soon developed the need to further improve servicing their international customers, by publishing a multilingual website. Founding Language was selected for this project based on our proactive attitude, our extensive knowledge of international trade and our know-how of the logistics industry. After completion of this first project, we entered into a pleasant long-term collaboration in which we support GEBA Trans in every aspect of their international communication.

RESULTS

The multilingual website is perceived excellently by both domestic and foreign customers. The increased accessibility for both new and existing foreign customers and partners, who are addressed in an appropriate tone of voice for their countries, generates more trust. In the past years, Founding Language also contributed to the international success of GEBA Trans by translating and localizing, for instance, customer letters, trade fair materials, brochures, newsletters and press releases, questionnaires, legal conditions and supplier communication.

From Dutch, English, French and German, to Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Russian, regardless of the language in which we work for GEBA Trans, this customer came to expect the same Total Care offered to its own clients. Thus, this long-term collaboration remains fruitful for two companies who do not shy away from going the extra mile to attain the best possible results for their customers.
